Foundation Settling caused bathtub pipe to break

Containment set up in this Buda home due to suspected mold behind the drywall. 

Once demolition began, mold was discovered behind baseboards on the wet wall

Camera ran under bathtub and found that settling had caused a break in the drainline 

Water damaged areas removed, dried and cleaned
